"Return turned into a whole hassle"
I tried to return my order and it was way more stressful than it needed to be. Support took days to get back to me, and when they finally did, they kept asking for the same information I had already sent. It also kind of felt like they were putting the blame on me, like I was the one making the process difficult. I shipped the item back and still had to keep following up just to get my refund. There were no clear updates, just a lot of waiting around. I definitely wouldn’t order from zhiyun.us again.

"Getting a Response Was Ridiculous"
I tried reaching out to zhiyun.us about my order getting any kind of useful response was ridiculous. I sent a couple of emails and basically just sat around waiting. When they finally did reply, it didn’t really answer anything or help much. The whole customer service experience felt painfully slow and pointless. Definitely not a great experience.

"I’ve been using this for a..."
I’ve been using this for a little while now, and the gear itself has been solid. Most mornings it connects without any trouble, but every now and then the app will randomly freeze or drop the connection right when I’m trying to adjust a setting. It’s not a dealbreaker, and I’ve still been able to use it day to day, but after a few weeks it does get a bit annoying. Hopefully a future update makes the app more reliable

"Not sure I should’ve bought it for my phone"
I bought this thinking it would work fine with my Android since the site made it seem that way, but now I’m second-guessing that choice. The app and gimbal just didn’t really get along with my phone. Some of the buttons wouldn’t do anything, and the camera controls worked sometimes but not consistently. When I contacted support, they basically just sent me to a compatibility list after I’d already bought it. At this point it’s kind of useless for me. I really wish that had been made more obvious before checkout.
"Firmware update messed things up"
I tried updating the firmware and it just kept failing over and over. The support pages weren’t much help either, which made it even more frustrating. Now my gimbal is acting weird, so yeah, annoying experience overall.

"This zhiyun charger has been such a headache..."
This zhiyun charger has been such a headache. It takes forever to charge, and sometimes the little jerk just stops halfway for no reason. I tried swapping cables and it still does the same thing. For what it costs, this is seriously annoying, and I definitely wouldn’t buy it again.

"I was disappointed with this..."
I was disappointed with this. My walking shots still came out shaky and jittery, even after I tried balancing it again a couple times. It didn’t really make much of a difference. On top of that, I noticed the terms had changed from what I expected, which was frustrating because that kind of thing really should be clearer upfront.

"Battery drains way faster than it should"
I bought this from zhiyun.us, and the battery life has been disappointing. It seems to drop really fast even when I’m barely using it, which makes me wonder if something isn’t quite right with it. I even had to stop and charge it again during a short shoot, which was frustrating. Not really what I expected.

"Broke way too fast"
I bought a Zhiyun gimbal from zhiyun.us and, i really did expect it to hold up better than it did. After just a few totally normal shoots, the arm started feeling loose and it began making these weird clicking sounds whenever I tried to balance it.
And before anyone says I must’ve dropped it or been rough with it, I didn’t. I used it normally and took care of it, which is exactly why this is so frustrating. For the price, the build quality feels weak, and I don’t see myself buying another one.

"Setup was way more frustrating than I expected"
I bought this from zhiyun.us and, i did not think the setup was going to be such a headache. I kept thinking I was missing something obvious, but the instructions just felt kind of confusing, and then I was bouncing around looking things up just to get the basic features working. The app connection was also not as smooth as I expected, which made the whole thing feel even more annoying. I mean, maybe once it’s all set up it’s fine, but getting there took way longer than it should have. Not exactly the best first impression

"Feels cheap and flimsy"
I only used this a few times for really light stuff and it already broke. It feels cheap and flimsy, and now I have to deal with replacing it or finding something else, which is just extra work I didn’t need

"Pretty much got what I expected"
I got exactly what I ordered, so I can’t really complain there. Everything matched up fine, though the shipping updates were a little confusing and had me wondering for a bit. Overall, it worked out okay.

"I do like the gimbal overall..."
I do like the gimbal overall, but trying to get extra parts and accessories from zhiyun.us has been annoying. A lot of that stuff seems to be out of stock whenever I check, so I end up having to look around on other sites for this or that. It’s not a dealbreaker, just kind of frustrating.

I did end up getting it, so that’s good, but the shipping was definitely slower than I hoped. I kept checking the tracking like, “Okay… is it moving yet?” It wasn’t a huge deal in the end, just a bit of a wait.

"Payload Support was kind of Disappointing"
It said it supports my camera, so I figured it would work fine, but the payload ended up being shaky. I reached out to support and they Barely helped, which was frustrating. Not the experience I was hoping for.

"Warranty came through, just not quickly"
I had to reach out to zhiyun.us about a warranty issue with my stabilizer, and the first thing I noticed was the timing was a little uneven. The initial reply took longer than I expected, and then I ended up sending the same details twice, which made me feel like the process wasn’t really connecting the dots.
Once things got moving, they did approve the warranty and sent out the replacement part, so the end result was fine. I tend to notice patterns in how support goes, and this felt like one of those cases where the outcome is okay, but the steps in between are a bit clunky.
The support team was polite, and I don’t think anyone was being difficult. I just wish the instructions were clearer and the replies were a little faster. Overall, not a bad experience, but not exactly smooth either.
